当法人の活動に関連し、現在当法人として以下について法的手続をすすめています。
①株式会社アクティボが一方的に当方との契約を打ち切った件
➁NPO法人みらいこども事業団が当方の名称を無断で使用して道路使用許可申請を行った件、その他。
いずれも公益性と透明性を守るための対応であり、引き続き平和活動や国際支援など社会貢献の取り組みを進めてまいります。 今後ともご理解とご支援をよろしくお願いいたします。
In relation to our organization’s activities, the following legal procedures are currently being undertaken by our organization: A matter concerning the unilateral termination of our contract by Activvo Co., Ltd. A matter in which NPO Mirai Kodomo Jigyoudan applied for a road use permit using our organization’s name without authorization, among other related issues. These actions are being taken in order to protect the public interest and ensure transparency in our operations. We will continue our efforts in peace activities and social contribution initiatives, including international support. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support.
